Hello
I have my epochs and my averages for each epoch but I don’t know how to manage my plots. I want to plot three conditions on one ERP plot but I can not find its way!

Hi Shadi,
You can do this with the additional tab “Cluster” (click on the [+] next to Scout tab to show it).
Then select some sensors, create a few electrode clusters (they can contain one or more electrodes each), load the three averages, select the option “Overlay: Clusters” and click on the button [Display clusters time series].
It works just like the scouts.

This feature is difficult to access, but I am currently re-writing the introduction tutorials, there will be a page describing this soon.

Dear Francois
Thanks for your immediate answer.
I did it but the plots are on three different axes ( for 3 conditions). is there any way to have all of them on the same axis? or am I making a mistake?
Regards
Shadi
Check the option “Overlay: Condition”.
I've checked it before
but again they are on three different horizontal lines. I want both X and Y axes be the same. is it possible?
I send you a sample image:
Thank you
Shadi
Can you please post a screen capture of your entire screen, that shows:
At the bottom of the Cluster tab, select the option “Overlay: Conditions” instead of “Overlay: Clusters”.
I see. You just have to change one option in the figure display.
Go to the Record tab and click on the first button in the toolbar, it switches from this “columns” view to a “butterfly” view where all the signals are plotted in the same axis.
FYI, all this is more explicitly described in the new set of tutorials we are working on, maybe you could have a look a them:

Dear Francois
it worked! Thanks for following my problem patiently. yes I saw the new tutorial right now. it seems to be even more applicable and useful.
Good luck!

Hello Brainstorm experts,
I recently came across an ERP study that has used brainstorm. The plots seemed interesting to me. When we overlay grand averaged ERP waves, BS gives waveforms in different colours. Is there a way (like this image), we could change the pattern of the displayed waveform (line/dotted line and so on)
Thanks
