I have got an error massage after tagging bad channels for MEG/EEG.
we should process the bad channels before the band stop,right

You can mark bad channels before or after applying frequency filters, it doesn't change anything.
It is probably not marking bad channels that caused your error.
Start by reloading your protocol (right-click on "EEG_Analyse"), delete all the folders that cause problem, and then repeat your import + processing steps.
If you still get errors, please send us a detail sequence of operations so that we can reproduce the error on our end and try to fix possible bugs.
