Error for displaying scout time series from SVreg scouts

The problem I'm facing is that when I try to create a scout time series for my selected scouts i get this error message. Is anyone familiar with how to fix this?

Some helpful information may be that we are using warped anatomy based on ICBM 152. We are also not using the full version of matlab. I'm wondering if that has something to do with it since the error message says there is an error in the matlab code. Thanks for your help. please message me back if you have any questions that would help further diagnose the issue.

Hello,

In the error you reported message you reported, the lines do not correspond to the current code.
Please try to update Brainstorm (delete the brainstorm3 folder and download a new one from the website).

Then try again, and let me know how it goes. If you still get the same error, please post it again, the line number will help me understand what might go wrong.
It could help if you also include a screen capture showing what the interface looks like at the moment you get this error (files you display in database explorer, with the Scout tab selected).

we tried updating the code and got a new error, are you familiar with this?


We deleted the Brainstorm3 folder and downloaded a new version from the website. Then, we placed that folder where the older folder had originally been. Is this an error with the code? or with the way we are processing our recordings?

I’m sorry, I don’t understand where this error is coming from, I cannot reproduce it.

Could you package an example dataset for us to test?

  1. Duplicate the subject for which you are getting this error (right-click on the subject folder > File > Duplicate subject)
  2. Delete all the files that are not necessary to reproduce the error (both in the anatomy and the functional sides of the protocol, keep only the MRI, the head surface and the cortex surface that is selected), to make the file easier to share
  3. Right-click on the subject > File > Export subject
  4. Upload the .zip somewhere (eg. dropbox) and send me link by email (click on my username on this forum)

Ok will do Francois. It is still being an issue and I have been unable to to extract a time series from these scouts. I will email the Subject file as zip file now. Thank you for your help!

Oh sorry for the delay. I actually resolved the issue. I had an issue with the anatomy template and that is why the scouts were not available, but I resolved it!
