Error: Import raw recordings for Subject with only CT volume

I have run into a new error during the import process (import_raw.m). Here is the error message:

Plaintext

* Error: Line 185: Error using lower. Not enough input arguments.
** > ** Call stack:
** >import_raw.m>@(c)isempty(strfind(lower(sSubject.Anatomy(sSubject.iAnatomy).Comment),c)) at 185
** >import_raw.m at 185
** >bst_call.m at 28
** >tree_callbacks.m>@(h,ev)bst_call(@import_raw,[],[],iSubject) at 685

Important Clue: I found a workaround. If I delete the Subject's anatomy (CT image) and use the default anatomy, the import succeeds without any errors. The error only occurs when the subject has a specific anatomy (CT) loaded. It seems like the code is trying to read sSubject.Anatomy(sSubject.iAnatomy).Comment, and it crashes because it might be empty or missing for this CT image.

Could you please take a look at this line in import_raw.m?

Hello @kotaaraki, we have updated Brainstorm so it will not get into the reported error.

Update your Brainstorm instance to get the fix.

Indeed, this error was prompted as the usual analysis pipeline (as shown in the tutorials) is to import the the subject anatomy files (MRI and extracted surfaces) and set the anatomical fiducials, this setups the subject coordinate system used to align anatomy and sensors. After importing anatomy, then raw recordings are imported.

Is it the case that for your subject you only have the CT volume, i.e., no MRI volume?
