Error in perm t test

Dear all,
I have 30 participants in all, 10 of them share one channel file(see picture1, take sub22 for instance), others share another (see picture2, take sub01 for instance). I included all participants in dataset and concuted perm-t test for ERF. The following error occured (see picture3). I tried another perm-t test by excluding 10 from dataset (to ensure all participants have the same channel file), no error occured this time. So, how can I perform permu-t tests based on data from 30 participants?

You could try running the process "Standardize > Uniform list of channels" on the the WAvg files in the Intra-subject folders.
Make a full backup of your database before (if you haven't set this up yet), as this alters many files and may damage your database in a non-revertible way if not used properly.
