Error in plotting average time-frequency map

Hi there,

I created TF maps from EEG segments from which I created an average TF map. Note that I marked some EEG channels of the segments as bad before I created the average TF map. I am able to see the frequency plot of single channels.

But as soon as I intend to look at all channels together, I get an "Array index out of bounds" message "Index in position 1 exceeds array bounds (must not exceed 21)."

I am also not able to plot the brain topography because of this. Can you please provide a resolution for this.

  • a screen capture showing the files in the database explorer
  • the link to download a .zip file including the channel file and the TF file you can't open.
