When I try to perform 1xN spectral Granger Causality on the source activity, as shown in the screenshot, I get a strange error that I can’t find the source. I have 5 scouts and each scout consisted of 250 vertices, I would like to do a 1xN spectral GC in the alpha band. I tried NxN with different parametres and again I got the same error. Can anyone help me figure out what the problem is?*
The 1xN option will compute the spectral Granger causality (SpGC) between 1 Scout and all the N sources in that file. This case is not supported for the moment.
This should be correctly working. Please try again, and post a screenshot of the process options.
It should return the non-symmetric 5x5 matrix.
