Error - sensor types

Dear François,

I’m working on intracranial data, and I would like to band-pass the signal. It’s not working and the error given by brainstorm is the following: “selected sensor types are not available”. I do not understand the error, because I have a channel matrix in the same file, and it contains the sensor types: ECOG and SEEG. Would you please see if you can resolve my issue?

Hi Sophie,

It’s difficult to test it without any example.
Could you send me some data (right-click on the subject > File > Export), or give me access to your computer?

FYI: We improved significantly the tools available in Brainstorm for processing and visualizing SEEG and ECOG data, including new options for volume coregistration. They are now documented in a new tutorial:
