Could send me this file so I can have a look at it?
Upload it somewhere (eg. dropbox) and send me the link in a separate email (click on my username on this forum).
Thank you for sharing this file with me.
The function I was using for reading the .cnt file header was not ready for handling files > 2Gb. I fixed it based on the recent modifications to the EEGLAB function loadcnt.m.
Please update Brainstorm and try again (menu Help > Update Brainstorm).
You might observe other weird things while working with large files. If it happens, let me know and I’ll try to fix it.
Thank you for helping fix this. I will update the software and give another try:)
Best,
-Kai

I just noticed another possible bug when I try to use the newest version BrainStorm to import a 30-min NeuronScan EEG CNT file (sampling frequency: 20 kHz). Once it is imported, the time window is only 475 sec, so it seems to me that the data are not complete. Would you please advise how I can see the whole dataset?
Thank you!
Best,
-Kai
