Error when importing .fif files

Hi,

I get errors when trying to import some XX_sss.fif files.
For some other XX_sss.fif files I did the same day, I encounter no problem.

Here are the 3 errors:




For the errors of line 81 and 361, I even can not import the raw .fif file. Would it come from a bad acquisition?
The error line 232 is pretty weird : I can import the raw .fif file, I cannot import the _sss.fif file and I can import the _tsss.fif file.

I computed he _sss.fif twice to make sure it was not coming from a punctual error.

One file is 850 Mo big, the other are 150-200 Mo big.

Any hint?

Hi Vito,

This is a question you should ask to Matti Hamalainen (MGH), who wrote the MNE code for reading the .fif files in Matlab.
