While using the sEEG/ECOG implantation tool, I get a warning whenever I click on an electrode contact in the MATLAB window “Electrodes & Contacts”. The warning says:
Line 2050: isempty
Too many input arguments.
Call stack:
>bst_figures.m>GetSelectedChannels at 2050
>bst_figures.m at 60
>panel_ieeg.m>SetSelectedContacts at 989
>panel_ieeg.m at 31
>bst_figures.m>SetSelectedRows at 2042
>bst_figures.m at 60
>panel_ieeg.m>CreatePanel/ContListChanged_Callback at 372
>bst_call.m at 28
>panel_ieeg.m>@(h,ev)bst_call(@ContListChanged_Callback,h,ev) at 124
I can resolve this temporarily by clicking “OK” or Escape, but the error pops up anytime I select a contact. It does not seem to be causing any other issues besides slowing down the already laborious workflow of sEEG contact labeling.
