I think there may be a glitch in the panel_time_freq process. I can't seem to get any of the spectral decompositions working. Here is the error I'm getting. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Can you share the steps (and data if needed) to replicate the error?
The error is quite strange as the field avgtype is only used by the process_average.m

This error you reported points at a line of code that doesn't exist in the current version of Brainstorm.
Thank you. I realized that is because I'm using a modified version of process_time_freq that has the same grouping and averaging options that are in process_average. Works fine with Brainstorm's default files. Sorry for the confusion.
