Error with Linking the raw file - after update

The raw file is not linking with the file,,,,, I tried multiple way but it is not linking and wondering what did I do wrong. the only thing is I updated the software yesterday ..... any input appreciated and let me know how can i overcome this . Many thanks

It seems the original raw file was moved, and the error is prompt at trying to find it.

Can you share some more details?

  • Which OS are you working on?

  • Did you move your database? Different disk or different computer?

  • Are you linking this raw file now, or it was already linked to the database?

  • On the raw file, do right-click > File > View file contents and share the path that is in F: filename. For example

EDIT Brainstorm has been update avoid throwing the error as reported.
Update your Brainstorm instance to get the fix.

Be aware that if the original raw file does not exist in the path stated in the raw link, you will be asked to provide the new path to it.
