Put all your trials in the Process1 box and run the process Connectivity > Phase-locking value (1xN or NxN depending on what you want to do) and select options "keep time information and estimate PLV across trials", together with "Save average connectivity matrix" (connectivity tutorial under construction: https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/Connectivity#Phase_locking_value)
