Is there a way to prevent 'bad' segments from being excluded when calculating certain processes (i.e. Average reference) without deleting them? I used this function to mark incorrect trials that I want to be excluded from epoch importation.
A trial marked as bad is ignore from the Process1 file selection box, there is no way to select it for applying and process.
Wrong response (subject error) and bad trial (bad data quality) are different concepts. It could be easier to separate the two notions if you were creating two groups of trials instead of one (one for the good responses, one for the bad responses). You could do this by renaming the bad responses markers in the continuous file, before epoching.
