Explore Anatomy: What is Curvature referring to?

Hi experts,

I am exploring the anatomy of subjects using Brainstorm. Based on this progress (https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/ExploreAnatomy?highlight=(Normals)), I have developed a matrix of curvatures for each subject. Now, I wonder what this represents and what the values signify. For example, what does it mean when a dipole has a curvature of 0.1? Also, what is the difference between a dipole with a curvature of 0.1 and another dipole with a curvature of -0.1? Could you please explain this to me?
