Dear experts,
I would like to ask if there is a way to save the T1_to_MNI image after the MNI transformation (nonlinear) in BST. Additionally, is it possible to export the transformation matrix obtained from the MNI normalization process for use in other software or analysis contexts, such as FSL or ANTs, for registration analysis? maybe something functions similarly to the 0GenericAffine.mat file in ANTs.

This can be done with right-click on the MRI the File > Export to file
This transformation is in the MRI file in the Brainstorm database. Right-click the MRI file, then File > Export to Matlab
Then look for the field NCS which has the MNI-normalization info, either if it was linear or non-linear. See this tutorial page for detailed information of each field:
