Extracting Scout Information from Brainstorm

I am currently working with EEG source localization in Brainstorm and would like to extract information about the selected seed and active voxels. Specifically, I need guidance on how to:

Identify and extract the seed voxel information (e.g., index and coordinates).
Determine the active voxels based on source activity or thresholding.
Export this data for further analysis in MATLAB.
Could you please provide insights on the best approach to achieve this using Brainstorm? Any relevant documentation or examples would also be highly appreciated.

Just to clarify these are not voxels, but vertices of the cortical surface.
