Failed CAT12 segmentation

Dear all,
I have a problem with segmentation with the new CAT12 implementation in Brainstorm.
I imported the T!-weighted MRI and then I lunched the segmentation process.
Here is the screenshot of the error in Matlab command window.

Thanks for the help in advance.

You have the reason of the error in the message: the resolution of the MRI is not sufficient for segmentation. Your volume has slices that are distant of 5mm, you won't be able to reconstruct the cortex surface with such a low resolution.

Don't you have access to a 3D T1 with a higher resolution?

Dear Francois

Thank you for your reply.
I will try again with a higher resolution 3D T1.

Sincerely yours.

Dear Francois

I imported the more higher resolution T1-weighted MRI and then I lunched the segmentation process.
I have another problem for segmentation.
Here is the screenshot of the error in Matlab command window.
Would you please advise me again?

Sincerely yours.

@CGaser Any suggestion?

Dear Francois

Please tell me how to fix the failed CAT12 segmentation of the screen shot I sent you.

Sincerely yours

Dear Yong Woon,

is your T1 image probably already skull-stripped or is there something special about your image?
Anyway, you can try to change the option for skull-stripping to GCUT or SPM.

Best,

Christian

Dear Christian

Thank you for your recommendation.
I will try again.
