Fieldtrip permutation test

I am trying to do a paired permutation test between two sets of TF files. They are full source maps. I am getting this error

Any chance you know what I am doing wrong?

Hi Beth,

I'm not sure I can help, but there is a least one thing I can suggest: Update FieldTrip.
The line numbers you report here do not match the recent versions of the software:

If you haven't found out what the problem was yet, please post the new error stack trace after updating FieldTrip.
Include also a description of what you are testing, maybe a screen capture of the contents of one of the files you have in input of the test.
