fNIRS Tutorial Channels display

Hello!
I tried the fNIRS finger tapping tutorial, and apparently everything was ok!

But I have some technical questions about the tutorial:

In the channe file (and also in the raw signal file) there are 97 channels + NIRS aux, however when I tried to display it on scalp, I was able just to view a few channels on right side, I know the experiment was a measure on right motor cortex, but I don't understand where are the others channels?

I guess it happened because of the anatomy file, and the experiment was a ROI analysis, right? But then, the anothers channels was also registered? If I use protocol's default anatomy like ICM, will I will able to display all the channels in scalp?

Last one: everytime I selected a channel, automatically 2 channels got selected, I guess that is cause one channel is the comparing baseline, and another the difference signal or something like that (right??)

Thanks in advance!

If you want to get familiar with fNIRS, I'd recommend you start by reading publications specifically about this imaging technique. The fNIRS tutorial on the Brainstorm website is not dedicated to teaching anything about optical imaging, but to help scientists who are already using fNIRS to process their recordings with Brainstorm.
