Hi, I did the experiment by follwing the FOOOF section tutorial, I choose the PSD and run the FOOOF panel, but got the issue as attached screenshot, do you know what happened? How to solve this?
Did you change the files to process from data to Timefreq(the third option in the column above run? I get a similar error when I do not change it

not， it can run, but when calculating bar at 99%, the problem happens, like the screenshot. I couldn't get the reasons you know.
@weixy35, please provide more details on the parameters that were used for FOOOF.
Provide as information on the PSD:
- what domain was it computed? sensors, sources, scouts?
- if sensors, or scouts, please share a screenshot of the PSD spectra
- the PSD values are calculated from SEEG data in sensor level;
- the psd spectrum is prersented as following screenshot 1;
- accoring to the error screenshot, the issue is about fit_peak section 592 line in process_fooof.m file, There is a note that will fail if both le & ri ind's end up as None (probably shouldn't happen).I guess this is the reason, but don't know how to fix it.
