FOOOF with incomplete arcs and the effect on central frequency calculation

Hello all,

I am using the FOOOF algorithm to calculate central frequencies, however, I see that the inverted parabolas are often cutoff by the window length. Does this effect the central frequency calculation?

No it does not, the central frequency of the peak is where the highest part of the peak is.

Note that the frequency resolution is 0.25Hz, this the closest sample for the 19.29Hz (central freq.), is 19.25Hz (indicated with the red vertical line and value on the figure's top-left corner).
