Hi Brainstorm Community,
Does anyone know if there is a hotkey/shortcut or other way of going about fully-extending a subject-tree in Brainstorm (as opposed to individually clicking each node in each level to get further and further down a tree)?
This would be especially useful for me right now because I have 100+ subject-trees and wish to access each of their channel file (I’d like to Ctrl + right-click each of the channel files to then add EEG positions to all simultaneously). So, if I could expand all highlighted trees to full extension with the click of a single button that would save me some time.
Thanks for reading!
Anthony
Also, I expanded on the bigger picture of what I’m trying to do in case there’s a much more clever way of doing it. To my knowledge, there is no option in the processing pipeline to add EEG positions, so it must be done manually. If there is another way though, I’d love to hear it!
Hi Anthony,
I’ve just added the process “Import recordings > Add EEG positions”, so you can do it for all your datasets at once.
Start by updating Brainstorm (menu Help > Update Brainstorm).
Select all your subjects in the Process1 tab and run the process. Just like with the database explorer, you can chose between loading positions from a file or from one of the templates available in Brainstorm.
Cheers,
Francois
Wonderful. Thanks Francois.
