Generate surrogate data tPAC error

Dear,
I'm trying to create surrogate data to do the tPAC analysis. I've searched the forum and found people with a similar problem. And for them, changing the windowsize fixed the problem. However, I keep getting this error, no matter what windowsize I use:

Please share the parameters you entered for generating the surrogate data.

I've adjusted the length of the sliding window (range 1-10s).
