I could not find a file to install the Harvard-Oxford Atlas. Could anyone provide me with the file to add this atlas to Brainstorm or does anybody happen to know if the HOA is identical to any of the built-in atlantes at cortex level?
These can be done for either the Default anatomy or for any Other subject with their own MRI:
For Default anatomy
Brainstorm Default anatomy is ICBM 2009c Nonlinear Asymmetric (with 1mm resolution). As such, you can import the Harvard-Oxford Atlas (e.g.: tpl-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_res-02_atlas-HOCPAL_desc-th0_dseg.nii.gz) from templates for tpl-MNI152NLin2009cAsym from tempalteflow.
Right-click on the Default anatomy Subject, then Import MRI, select the atlas file using the type Volume atlas (subject space). When prompted, ignore the coregistration as the volumes are already coregisted (they are the same).
First ensure that you Subject MRI has been MNI-normalized in Brainstorm. Then,
right-click on the Subject node, then Add MNI parcellation > Import from file, select the atlas (the type is set to Volume atlas (MNI space). Each voxel in the Subject space will get its Atlas label according the its MNI coordinate.
Thank you very much for your response - it worked well!
I played aroudn iwth different settings, but not matter what I do the regions dont have any labels. They are just called 1-96. Am I doing something wrong?
