Hello, I have started working on introductory data and anatomy. while following the introductory video I got this error: Head model is upside-down and the cap is at the bottom instead on top of the head.

You most likely misplaced the left and right fiducial points.
Delete you protocol, start over and pay extra attention to the positioning of the anatomical landmarks. In the MRI viewer, make sure you place the LPA point on the side where the “L” indication is shown, and make sure the option “Orientation: Neurological” is selected (so that the left is shown on the left).
