I have computed the source PSD and wanted to test the hemisphere(whole) difference according to some paper reports. Is there any way to complement?
Also I wonder whether there is an automatic way to recognize the sensor location in different hemispheres in order to compute hemisphere difference in sensor PSD level. What if in source time series level?
You can do this with the process Frequency > Power spectrum density (Welch) using the scouts for each hemisphere from the Structures atlas.
There isn't an automatic way. To compute the difference, once the PSD is compute for all the sensors, you can use the process Extract > Extract values to get only the PSDs for the sensors that you indicate.
I will be possible by computing the PSD using Scouts and the Scout function all for hemisphere Scout from the Structure atlas. The result will be a file with PSDs for all source in that hemisphere.
When using scout function, the result of hemisphere difference can't be projected on cortex? I am exploring a more intuitive visualization just like comparing difference between subjects' source map.
