High-frequency multi-unit neuronal activity recording analysis

Hi,

I have some high-frequency multi-unit neuronal activity recording from brain tissue. Currently, I am looking for some tool to analyze them, especially the parameters like frequency of the event (number of events), the onset time of each event (green), offset time of the event (red), duration and inter-event interval (time between two events).

Is it possible to do this kind of analysis with Brainstorm?

Any guidance in this regard would be appreciated.

Hello,

I’m not sure you will be able to compute automatically the measures you want with Brainstorm. However, it will let you import your recordings and events in a Matlab environment, and you will have many ways of accessing the information you are interested in from simple Matlab scripts:
