Dear all,
I have been using your workflow tutorials using openmeeg and sLoreta to plot source localization on ictal phase recording from SEEG. I would like to know how to generate a script or what is the algorithm applied to the file results_sLORETA_SEEG_KERNEL*
I imagine it involves a multiplication from the inversion kernel with the recording at time t
with maybe the whitener matrix in between kernel x whitener x recording(t)
thank you
Anne-Cecile
Not sure what is the question, if you want to know how this KERNEL file is computed, or how this KERNEL file is used to compute the sources time series.
how this KERNEL file is used to compute the sources time series like when the user call the cortical activations displays
In the case of source estimation methods that can be store as kernels, the multiplication of data * kernel happens on the fly:
- When the sources are going to be displayed:
- When the loading the entire sources
