I'm new in Brainstorm software.
I played with program and got 2D Disc images only with lines depicted activity zones. However I want to get image with smooth colors. What should I set in options to obtain this image?

Did you observe the same behavior when following the introduction tutorials?
If you haven’t read these, I’d recommend you go through tutorials #1-#19 and the tutorial “EEG and epilepsy” before trying the software on your own datasets, it would be time well invested for your analyses.
What version of Matlab are your using? On what operating system?
This could be an OpenGL rendering issue on your computer. You could try to turn the OpenGL off to see if it makes any difference (menu File > Edit preferences)

Your clue was really helpful!
I looked at menu File->Edit preferences. The option "OpenGL rendering" was set as "Hardware: accelerated". I changed it in "Disabled: no transparency" that changed image as I wanted. Here I present result.
So there is a problem with the OpenGL support on your computer.
You can try to update the drivers for your graphics card, or install a new Matlab version.
