How can I maintain more than 1 databases?

Hi Francois,

I would like to use Brainstorm for my external collaborations but I want to make sure I don't mix the patient data by using a single database. For that reason, I would like to maintain 2 or 3 separate databases for each institution, that would also facilitate inter-operability. I tried to install separate a separate instance of Brainstorm by using a distinct Matlab version, but it didn't work. I also tried to use the standalone version at the same time with my current Brainstorm instance, and that didn't work either. Perhaps it's something simple that I am missing, but I would appreciate your help on this.

Hello,
Menu: File > Load Protocol > Change Database Folder
So same Brainstorm, but you can save protocols in a different database (folder location). Note that you can have multiple protocols from different databases "saved" in the drop down just below the main menu bar. So you don't have to go through that each time to switch between them.

Best,
Marc

This is most useful! Thank you Marc!
