How to co-registrate in same space EEG source and MRI?

Dear all,
I have a dataset with individual EEG and MRI. I pre-processed EEG, created the cortex surface, and estimated EEG sources using individual structural MRI. I exported the EEG source as volume, but the .nii file results in a different space from the native MRI space and cannot be overlayed. How to bring an EEG source map and structural MRI co-registered in the same space? Any solution?
