Hello, I compute the delay map in volume. However, it defines all irrelevant voxels as s=0. I would like to know how to display only the affected voxels, as shown in the results of the original paper. Could you please advise on how to do that?
To do so, use the Amplitude slider in the Surface tab of the main Brainstorm window.
Thank you very much for your reply. However, compared to the surface map results, when I use the Amplitude slider to adjust the volume map, I end up hiding the onset region of the seizure at time=0 as well.
For example, the surface map of this patient indicates the onset of seizures in the insular cortex. However, when I adjust the amplitude to 1% in the volume map, the onset of seizures in the insular cortex is also masked.
