How to extract Brainstorm headmodel?

I am very grateful for answering all my questions and helping to resolve my issue.
As per the code you provided above, I used 1 : 32 instead of just 1 for 32 channel labels.
[ftHeadmodel, ftLeadfield, iChannels] = out_fieldtrip_headmodel(HeadModelMat, ChannelMat, 1:32);

Indeed, the help string for out_fieldtrip_headmodel is outdated, we will fix ASAP.
That missing argument is in fact the index for the channels that you want to use for the leadfield computation. In your case as there are only 32 EEG channels, using 1:32 is ok.

I want to move the channels out of Brainstorm and over to FieldTrip, and have a file with the following specifications. Could you please provide some guidance?
