How to extract source space values of scout with 30 voxels

Hi there,

I'm trying to do RSA on source space data in a searchlight analysis. I've done source reconstruction and scout definition. My problem right now is I don't know how to extract the source space values of the scout that I created.
I don't want to downsample the source space because that would lead to loss of specificity. The scout I created contains 30 voxels, and the data I hope to get after extraction is 30 rows * 300 time stamps.

and namely the different options to extract scout times series. In your case, you need to select "All" as the scout function so that all source time series within the scout are extracted -- they will be saved in a Matlab file you can readily use for further explorations.
