I am interested in looking at the ICA components on MRI and not topographical map on brainstorm. Is there a way for me to do that? Also how can I work on just one ICA component, for example, I run ICA analysis and want to later fit dipoles on just component number 1 of the ICA excluding everything else. Is it possible to do that?
I'm not sure what you want to do; the IC computed weights are projected on the channels located on the scalp.

One possible solution is to remove all the ICs >1, keep only the data from the IC number 1, and then perform dipole fit.
