ICBM152:Biosemi 64 10-10 versus Rename EEG channels from Biosemi caps?

Hello BST community,

I am a Biosemi 64 channel user and have been using "Add EEG positions > ICBM:152 BioSemi 64 10-10" for my channels.
I just noticed today the process "Rename EEG channels from BioSemi caps".

What are the differences between these methods and when should I be using one process over the other?

The process and context menu "Rename EEG channels from BioSemi caps" only renames EEG channels from the BioSemi naming system (A1, A2, ..., A32, B1, B2, ..., B32) to the standard 10-10 system. Renaming only happens for 16-, 32- and 64-electrode caps as these have a one to one correspondence between the naming systems. The process, does not add the EEG electrode position.
It can be used when recordings are stored with the BioSemi naming system, but the user want to convert them to the 10-10 system names.

See BioSemi caps documentation.
