Hi Brainstorm community,
I would like to import a custom hexahedral FEM mesh I created using an external meshing software. Is it possible to import this mesh and use it with the current workflow? I converted the mesh to the same data structure as the meshes used in Brainstorm (.mat), the elements also has tissue labelled:
Currently, I am importing this via 'Right-clicking subject' -> 'File' -> 'Import from Matlab'. The mesh gets imported but is recognised as a surface mesh and not a volumetric (FEM) mesh.
