Hello this i my first post,
I just found out about this program and i have to say ,it's a genius project that all off you have created. I got it up and running but the thing is i cannot get my mri or ct scans imported, because the files are not supported that i want to import. I received the scans on a DVD-Rom Universal Disk Format (UDF) and there's a cd viewer that comes with it. I'm trying to figure out where the scans are on the cd viewer, if i open the cd viewer i see ct scan and mri with 2 different patient numbers. But when i go true the directory's i don't see those patient numbers, but see a bunch of folders with files without a file extention name. Can somebody maybe tell me how i can get these files imported or maybe coverted so i can use them in the program.
These are probably DICOM slices.
You need to convert them to volumes first, using programs like:
Brainstorm can use SPM12 to convert DICOM to .nii files.
When importing the MRI, select the file format "MRI: DICOM (SPM converter)" (SPM must be installed).

If you're planning to use Brainstorm, please start by following the introduction tutorials, using the example dataset provided. The video is more of a teaser, not a proper training document.

Are you running the Matlab version of the compiled version?
What operating system is this?
If you've been using the 2020a binary version, try the 2015b version (see the installation instructions).
So i uploaded it to youtube..
You link is missing.
Hi,
Ok for the convert i will contact data provider.
I know how it works i followed the instructions,i tryed both versions get the same problem.
For the video i had some problem uploading i uploaded it but it whas to low in quality.I had to figure out how to upload it in hd when uploading it first does it sd and after that it takes a while before it uploads in hd.You can see the video now, my operating system is intel pc windows 10..
I have never seen problems like this, I don't know what is causing this.
The rendering of both the Java and Matlab figures is behaving in a strange way.
Can you get any other Matlab-based program to work correctly?
(SPM, EEGLAB, Matlab itself...)
You could try: updating your graphics drivers, or reducing the screen resolution.
Hi,
Thanks for you help reducing the resolution seems to solve the problem.Set the resolution to from 3840x2160 to 1920x1080 it's working fine now. Thanks allot!
