I used EEGLAB's pop_writeeeg to export my .mat (struct) as an EDF file, but I cannot read it into Brainstorm (see image of error). [in_fopen_edf.m at 144. Reference to non-existent field 'signal']
I can export this same data as a .set file and read this into Brainstorm with no issues
Is there something I have not understood about importing EDF files into Brainstorm?
First, make sure your version of Brainstorm is up to date.
There is maybe a some combinations of parameters of the EDF file generated by EEGLAB that are not handled correctly by Brainstorm. Could you share a short example file that you cannot import in Brainstorm? (Upload it somewhere and post the download link here)
