Dear Brainstorm team,
I have some ECOG data in .msm format but could like to analyze it in brainstorm. Any advice for importing this data?
If your recordings are in ANT ASA .msm format, you should be able to read them with Brainstorm.https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Introduction#Supported_file_formats
If you are not familiar with Brainstorm:
- start by following the introduction tutorials, at least until #19 included, using the example dataset provided
- read the EEG/Epilepsy tutorial
- read the ECOG+SEEG tutorial
