do you mean the I should find the matrices Source2MEGMat or Head2MEGMat here? if yes do you know what is it? and do you know how can I save it back using om_xxx functions in brainstorm as @Alexandre said? does the saving should be by reading it from .brainstorm/tmp folder,?
