Dear Francois,
Thank you for the new version of Brainstorm, its much faster and accurate.
Here I trying to localize epileptic spike using diploe modeling. I followed to the tutorial. I can view the results/ dipoles in Cortex, 3D MRI and its not displayed on 2D MRI viewer. A screen shoot of my results attached.
I am looking to export this results as ".nii" too.
Can you help me out here.
Regards
Hari
I can view the results/ dipoles in Cortex, 3D MRI and its not displayed on 2D MRI viewer.
In the MRI viewer you can only display the density of dipoles, not the dipoles themselves.
If you don't see anything:
- make sure in the Surface tab that the amplitude slider is set to 0%
- check the box "MIP: functional" for projecting the maximum on all views to find where the dipoles are located
I am looking to export this results as ".nii" too.
Right-click on the MRI viewer > Snapshot > Save overlay as MRI.
