Localizing evoked related potential with openMEEG

Dear all,

I am localizing evoked related potential (erp) of speech with openMEEG (visual, auditory only, audio visual) from ecog and strips. My recordings events are in a *.csv how can i speed up the process to annote my brainstorm subject (not doing it manually). also how can i sum up the same condition 5s before and after the stimuli.

Well for now i did it in RAVE and was able to generate edf of my erp and import them in brainstorm, the source localization make sense (correct gyrus for auditory only and frontal/occipital for visual only). How can i place a virtual electrode contact at the source to record the amplitude just there?

Thank you

Best Regards

Brainstorm supports importing events from a .csv file, the format should be:

EventName, OccurrenceTimeSeconds, DurationSeconds

If that is not the current format of your .csv file you would need to create a new .csv with the expected format, check this post:

Once the events are properly imported, you can average the epochs that correspond to the desired condition (event)

You can create a Scout in that area and plot its activity.

Thank you Raymundo

Once I have the right format how do i import my events in practice?

there is a tab file left from event in the record tab, that shall be it

That is the one!

Record (tab) > Events (blue section) > File > Add events from file
Select Files of Type: CSV text file: label, time, duration (*.txt, *.csv) and select your file
