Making anatomy of canine head

Hello there,
I had some problems with kind of MR images used for your tutorials!
I imported the MRI data of canine head mostly used T1 or T2 images but when I tried to make an anatomy of canine head by using CAT toolbox it resulted in an non-clear image.
I do not know what is the problem.
Should I use specific setting for acquiring MRI data?

The MRI segmentation algorithms available in CAT12, FreeSurfer, BrainSuite and BrainVISA are designed to work on human heads. I think some of these pipelines can be tweaked for processing primates MRI, but I don't know about dogs...
I recommend you contact directly the developers of these programs
