I wanted to know if anyone knew the way to analyse micro-electrodes in seeg on brainstorm , and see if we can combine the signals from macro and micro electrodes.

In Brainstorm you can fine tools to analyze macro-electrodes (check the SEEG tutorials), as well as micro-electrodes (check the e-phys tutorials).
About combining these signals, it can mean quite different things, so what kind of combination are you thinking of?
