I am running a multi subjects study using SEEG and I would like to create a picture that present all the electrodes implanted across all the patients in a single MNI space, would Brainstorm allow me to do this?

Brainstorm can't do this at the moment, but we will work on group-study tools for SEEG in the coming year.
For the moment, you can do this manually:
- Get the SCS coordinates of contacts from the channel files of each patient:
https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/ChannelFile#On_the_hard_drive - Convert from SCS(patient) to MNI coordinates using the patient's reference T1 MRI (sMri):
https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/CoordinateSystems#Converting_between_coordinate_systems - Convert from MNI to SCS(icbm152) using the reference T1 MRI from the ICBM152 template (sMriMni):
- Display the cortex or head surface from the ICBM152 template
- Plot the SCS(icbm152) coordinates using the matlab function plot3() function and the
Marker*properties
