Hi, experts, now I have got the MNI coordinates from SCS coordinates with cs_convert(MRI, 'scs', 'mni', P_scs) function, I want to know the MNI template used by the MNI coordinates, is there NIFTI file for this MNI template? Thank you very much.
The Default anatomy MRI: ICBM152 2023b that we use is ICBM 2009c Nonlinear Asymmetric, processed with FreeSurfer 7.3.2, only T1 was used.
