MRI segmentation - cortex and cerebellum surfaces

Dear all,
I performed a classical MRI segmentation with FreeSurfer, and among the files, I obtained one named 'cortex_cereb_17005V'. The problem is that brain and cerebellum do not appear aligned (see the picture)

Do you know why I get this and how to fix it?

There is maybe something wrong in the reconstruction of subcortical surfaces from the ASEG volume by Brainstorm, when using the most recent versions of FreeSurfer.

Could you please share the entire FreeSurfer segmentation folder for this subject?
